SAIC FOIL                      

Our aluminium foil products are available in a wide range of alloys and thickness from 0.00635 to 2 mm used mainly for containers and in packing, aluminium foil also finds several uses around the home. It is the ideal material for wrapping and protecting food from air, humidity,light and micro-organisms thus preserving vitamins, taste andfreshness.Other uses which benefit from the properties of aluminium foil include pharmaceutical packaging, fins for heat exchangers, flexible tubes as well as insulation and cable protection. Some applications require improved lacquer or film adhesion and SAIC is able to provide this by chemical degreasing and surface pre-treating on our dedicated  production line.

SURFACE                        

Rolled surfaces are smooth and clean and delivered as bright, semi bright orbright-matt finish. Depending on the product, these surfaces can be thermally degreased or chemically degreased and conversion coated to provide the maxium lacquer or film adhesion.
